This Privacy Policy explains what information snazzy (“snazzy”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use our scheduling service, how we use it, and the choices you have. snazzy helps people schedule and publish content to Instagram professional accounts they own or manage.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train models. We do not post anything you did not schedule, and we do not access accounts you have not connected.
We share data only with Meta Platforms (to publish and read your posts as you direct) and with infrastructure providers that host the service under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.
You can disconnect an account at any time, which revokes snazzy’s access token and stops all publishing for it. You can request deletion of your data, and we will remove your stored content, tokens, and profile information.
Delete your data: disconnect accounts in your dashboard settings, or email privacy@snazzyy.shop and we will erase your data within 30 days. You can also revoke snazzy from Instagram at any time under Settings → Apps and Websites.

By using snazzy you agree to these Terms. snazzy is a tool for scheduling and publishing content to Instagram professional accounts you are authorized to manage.
You may not use snazzy to publish content that infringes others’ intellectual property, is unlawful, or violates Instagram’s policies. We may suspend accounts that do.
snazzy is provided “as is” during early access. We work to publish every scheduled post reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for platform outages outside our control.
We may update these Terms and will post the revised date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for snazzy, operated by Ashlytic Labs LLP. It applies to all paid plans and forms part of our Terms of Service.
snazzy offers a Free plan that never requires payment. You can use it for as long as you like at no charge, and there is nothing to cancel or refund.
Paid plans (Pro and Studio) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who appears on your statement and issues your invoice.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing hello@snazzyy.shop. When you cancel:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of your payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full.
Email hello@snazzyy.shop with the email address on your account and the approximate date of the charge. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer-protection rights you have under applicable law. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the terms above.
